Practice Areas Lawyer practice on international trade law practice; cases of anti-dumping and countervailing charge and responding to lawsuits; corporate laws including corporate restructuring, definition of corporate property rights, debt restructuring, research and implementation of stock options, and intellectual property litigation, etc. Professional Experiences Since 2000, wining the case of export contract dispute with a Belgian company as an agent of a foreign trade enterprise (defendant) in Jilin province, wining the case of loan guarantee contract fraud with a branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in Changchun as an agent of Department of Agriculture and Pastoral of Jilin province (defendant), and wining the case of sales contract disputes between a foreign trade company and Minister of Railways of China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd.; acting as the legal adviser of large state-owned enterprises (groups) and participating in major decision-making and project negotiation of the enterprises.
