Software Engineer Mr.Xu majors in physics and telecommunications technology and obtained his master degree in Germany. His main technical field includes electrical and electronic technology, especially on communications, networks, computer, semiconductors, display apparatus, electronic devices, integrated circuits, image processing, etc. Mr. Xu started his IP career in 2006 in one famous IP firm in China and accumulated extensive experience in patent drafting and prosecution. His prior work experience in Philips (China) Investment Co., Ltd. enables him with sound technology base. In the ten years of professional work, Mr. Xu has handled a large number of cases for many famous companies including Huawei, Siemens, Osram, Sony, Fujitsu and Sk hynix. He mainly focuses on the communications technology, and has drafted/prosecuted hundreds of cases for Huawei in many countries including CN/US/EP/JP/KR. He has handled several famous invalidation cases in China regarding communication technologies with outstanding success.
