Due to Mr. LU’s experiences in SEP, he has worked as leader of an SEP evaluation team for a famous company. Mr. LU has provided services to many famous Chinese clients such as Huawei, Tencent, Baidu, MI, Alibaba etc, and also represented several clients for invalidation cases with great success. Mr. LU has deep understanding of Chinese patent practice, and he is also professor of Central South University and Xiangtan University for Intellectual Property.
