Ms. LI Shaodan has been practicing Chinese patent law for more than ten years. Before entered into IP industry, Ms. Li used to work as lab technician in Microcomputer Control Lab in Ji Mei University, and work as an engineer in Infineon Germany. In 2004, Ms. Li started her IP career and qualified as a patent attorney in 2006. She is skillful in drafting application documents in various fields of technology, such as telecommunication, networks, computer, semiconductors, display apparatus, integrated circuits, image processing, and experienced in drafting responses to office actions in the substantive examination proceedings, and handling patent reexamination and invalidation cases. In the over ten years of professional work, Ms. Li has handled a large number of cases for some famous companies including Siemens, Nokia Solutions and Networks, GE, Robert Bosch and Sk hynix. She is a member of All-China Patent Agents Association, and is recommended by ACPAA to be an attorney for litigation.
