Biography

Mr. Lu majors in computer science and has a deep understanding of communications technology, especially Standard Essential Patent (SEP), due to his long-term service to Huawei Technologies. Mr. Lu is well recognized by Huawei for his outstanding services and has abundant experience in patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, and litigation.

Due to Mr. Lu’s experience in SEP, he has worked as the leader of an SEP evaluation team for a famous company. Mr. Lu has provided services to many renowned Chinese clients such as Huawei, Tencent, Baidu, MI, Alibaba, etc., and has successfully represented several clients in invalidation cases. Mr. Lu has a deep understanding of Chinese patent practice, and he is also a professor at Central South University and Xiangtan University for Intellectual Property.
