Biography

Ms. LI Shaodan has been practicing Chinese patent law for more than fifteen years. Before entering the IP industry, Ms. Li worked as a lab technician in the Microcomputer Control Lab at Ji Mei University and as an engineer at Infineon in Germany. She began her IP career in 2004 and qualified as a patent attorney in 2006.

Ms. Li is skilled in drafting application documents across various fields of technology, including telecommunications, networks, computers, semiconductors, display apparatus, integrated circuits, and image processing. She has extensive experience in drafting responses to office actions in substantive examination proceedings and handling patent reexaminations and invalidation cases. Over her career, she has managed numerous cases for well-known companies, such as Siemens, Nokia Solutions and Networks, GE, Robert Bosch, and SK Hynix.

Ms. Li is a member of the All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA) and is recommended by ACPAA as a litigation attorney.
